Role: Test Automation Lead

Location: London, UK(5 days Onsite)

Key Skills:

• Strong focus on testing (manual + automation).
• Expertise in Selenium WebDriver with Java (framework design, execution, and maintenance).
• Perform discovery and assessment activities to understand client applications, processes, and identify gaps/opportunities.
• Lead and manage a team of functional and automation testers, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document functional and automation requirements.
• Act as the bridge between stakeholders and offshore teams, ensuring requirements are clearly communicated and understood.
• Review test cases (manual and automated) and ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
• Work closely with DevOps and project managers to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide guidance on both manual and automation testing strategies, ensuring optimal test coverage.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (eg, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
