My client, a global FMCG company, is on the hunt for a Performance Marketing/Global Social SME.

Profile Requirements
Must-Haves

• Experience in social strategy, influencer ecosystem, performance marketing, or digital governance.
• True Social Media SME - not a hybrid brand marketer and NOT a content creator.
• Experience working across multiple markets and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to influence teams without owning the budget.
• Strong governance, operational rigour, and performance orientation.
• Familiarity with best-in-class Meta/TikTok strategies, social commerce and generative search trends.
• Experience managing agencies, social transformation, or global frameworks.

Preferred Background

• FMCG/CPG experience strongly preferred.
• Not suitable for traditional creative marketers - this is an execution & performance-led role.

Additional Context

• Highly motivated by performance outputs rather than brand storytelling.
• Expected to bring new approaches to presenting social success and driving best practices.
• Will be involved in secure handle management, permissions, access, and account governance.
• Will support social commerce initiatives and generative search developments (eg, Etsy-style integrations).
