Training Consultant - DV Cleared - Reading - £500 - £600 per day
We are recruiting for a DV cleared Training Consultant with experience of:
- Designing, writing and creating Training materials across different methods and media - ie quick reference guides, eLearning/Computer-Based Training (CBT), and classroom courses
- Creating CBT using Lectora
- Conducting Training Needs Analyses to JSP822 DSAT standard (Defence Systems Approach to Training) (desirable, but not vital)
The Training Consultant will work alongside a Training colleague already on the project to share the task of creating Training materials in line with the agreed Training solution (resulting from a TNA conducted for the project), and assist with conducting further DSAT-compliant TNAs as required for future capabilities.

Responsibilities:
