DV/UK*C Cleared Scrum Master- 3 months+ £(Apply online only)pd Inside IR35 - Full time on site (London)

DV Cleared (UKIC Preferred) Scrum Master to join an established Consultancy to help drive ambitious programmes to deliver expert solutions.

Please note: Due to the nature of the work, all candidates must have a HLC eDV that is active and transferrable. Candidates must also be sole UK National with minimum 10 years unbroken residency.

• Responsible for facilitating and championing the Agile software development process.
• Regularly report on team progress, risks, and any blockers to program leadership.
• Maintain project status in Agile tracking software and prepare reports on status.
• Responsible for facilitating daily stand-ups, backlog prioritisation meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives and other Agile activities.
• Responsible for communicating with the customer and the team, tracking tasks and producing quality deliverables.
• Work with team to identify, document, manage risks/issues in a timely manner, coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure risks/issues are resolved and closed.
• Coach the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owner to understand current assignment and enable the team to stay focused on Sprint and Program Increment objectives.

Required skills to be successful in this role:

* At least 3 years of previous experience leading and managing agile IT development projects.
* Experience with Agile Project Management tools.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills is necessary to be successful in this role
* Must be self-motivated and have the ability to multi-task and solve problems independently and innovatively.
