SC Cleared PMO Planner/Programme Planner -£(Apply online only)pd Inside IR35 DOE - 6 months+ Hybrid working (3 days per week on site in London or Bristol) - FULL TIME UK

We are looking for an experienced SEO-level PMO Planner / Programme Planner to join our consulting client and support the successful planning and delivery of a key programme.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Authority in leading planning activities and work collaboratively with the project team to support the delivery of business case benefits and outcomes.
• Promote capability development and the application of best practice in planning and reporting.
• Support the Authority to challenge and test project assumptions to ensure plans are realistic and achievable.
• Develop appropriate breakdown structures, quality criteria, product descriptions and monitoring strategies. Support the project manager in identifying opportunities to optimise delivery through resource smoothing, resource levelling and the rescheduling of activities.
• Manage the planning team and identify, develop and deploy planning resources effectively. Identify and plan for the wider resource requirements of the project.
• Ensure stakeholder responsibilities and requirements are understood and appropriately reflected within reporting arrangements.
• Develop effective peer networks across the department. Engage with other PMO planners, internal and external client teams, stakeholders, user organisation representatives and third-party suppliers to produce comprehensive and plans aligned with requirements and operational scenarios.
• Monitor and analyse project information and performance, reporting on progress and slippage while highlighting areas of risk and opportunity.
• Support the Authority to maintain alignment between programme plans and reporting activities and relevant central Authority standards.
• Establish clear communication with project stakeholders so that the project environment, dependencies and constraints are understood.
• Provide advice and guidance on planning processes throughout the project lifecycle.

This temporary contract is inside IR35 and will require working under the direction of the client delivery manager as part of a multi-disciplinary team. The successful candidate will follow established delivery processes and working practices

This temporary contract is the successful candidate to undergo and be eligible for UK Security Vetting at SC/DV level. Clearance sponsorship will be provided where required. Due to the nature of the work, candidates should meet the relevant residency requirements. If applicable, reserved post nationality restrictions will be confirmed by the client.
