In-House Commercial Technology Lawyer – (Remote working)

A UK technology company is seeking a commercial lawyer for its legal team.

Responsibilities will include:

Drafting and negotiating a range of commercial agreements

Supporting key strategic projects and partnerships from a legal perspective

Developing and managing relationships with key stakeholders

Candidates are expected to be qualified lawyers, circa 2 - 8 years PQE. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to join an expanding business and to gain exposure to a range of interesting legal work. The person can work flexibly on a part-time/remote basis.
