Location: Saunderton, near High Wycombe (LON15)

Salary: £65,000 – £80,000

Project Value: 9.5MW / £90M M&E package

Project Overview

New build data centre project with a large on-site workforce (circa 300 operatives). Fast-paced environment requiring strong coordination and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage electrical construction activities on site
• Oversee Health & Safety and ensure compliance
• Maintain high-quality standards across all works
• Lead short-term (look-ahead) planning
• Order and manage materials and plant
• Manage and coordinate subcontract packages

Requirements

• Proven experience in electrical construction management
• Experience on large-scale M&E or infrastructure projects
• Data centre experience preferred
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• High attention to detail and quality standards
• Must be able to drive to site
