Warehouse Manager

DarcyBrook  is partnering with a highly successful FMCG client to find a robust and hands-on Warehouse Manager. We need a leader who can keep the engine running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Directly manage, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of 30-35 warehouse staff, driving a culture of high performance and accountability.

• Oversee daily goods-in, storage, picking, and dispatch operations, ensuring all KPIs around OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery are met.

• Manage shift rotas, labour allocation, and equipment maintenance to handle peak production and seasonal volume spikes.

• Identify bottlenecks in the warehouse flow and implement practical solutions to reduce waste, improve pick accuracy, and optimise space.

What We Are Looking For:

• You must hold a valid IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH certificate.

• Demonstrable experience directly managing and developing teams of 30+ workers. You know how to build morale, manage absences, and handle HR-related floor issues.

• Strong working knowledge of modern WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and ERP platforms.

• Must have a valid car licence and own transport
