HRIS Specialist FTC

Catalyst Partners are pleased to be working with a globally known financial advisory & investments firm who are looking to hire a HRIS Specialist to join their team on an interim basis as they come to an end of a transformation project.

This is a 6 month FTC.

Salary offering up to £65,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize and enhance the new HRIS platform.
• Launch performance module and other critical processes.
• Provide user support and troubleshoot where necessary.
• Manage onboarding process of European & other global entities.
• Partner with HR & IT to understand the issues & problems.
• Deliver training modules globally.

Requirements:

• Track record and experience working with HRIS products (Non Negotiable)
• Ability to deliver projects for HRIS optimization/enhancement with the highest level of efficiency. (Non Negotiable)
• Experience working with HiBob (Preferred)
• Experience managing global stakeholders.
• Strong analytical eye & good attention to detail.
