We are delighted to be partnering with a prestigious Professional Services firm on a search for an experienced People Systems Specialist. This role would offer the chance to join a dynamic team which blends tradition with innovation whereby supporting some of the world's most exciting technological advancements.

The role:

Your key responsibilities would include:

• Leading the optimisation and integration of people systems across the firm
• Collaborating with HR, IT, and senior stakeholders to enhance employee experience through smart tech
• Driving data integrity, data governance, data protection and automation to support strategic decision-making
• Champion continuous improvement in HRIS and related platforms
• Building and maintaining workflows, user journeys, batch processes and data integrations
• Overseeing system documentation and change control protocols in line with firmwide IT standards
• Representing the People function in all 3rd party relationships

Skills and experience:

You will ideally tick some of the following boxes:

• Prior experience with SelectHR, SelectPay, Candid, Jira, Cornerstone
• A highly proactive mindset and a knack for harmonising business needs into tech solutions
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across cross-functional teams
• A proven track record of supporting senior HR leaders with reporting and insights for workforce planning
• Driven to implement, review, and improve processes
