Business Analyst

Role: Business Analyst (2-year Fixed Term Contract)
Location: Hybrid (Brighton 2 days per week and home-based)

Salary: £41 - 45K + exceptional Employee Benefits

Summary: Our client is a high-profile organisation with a large IT function responsible for delivering consistently accurate, efficient, and quality based data services. This role will lead small to medium sized projects that feed into larger and more complex projects. Bring your BA experience to this role and you will get the opportunity to learn the complexities of larger projects.

You'll be applying structured approaches to identify, analyse, communicate and document complex business problems and opportunities for the product team to develop perfectly tailored solutions.

About you:

• 2/3 years BA experience, (discovery, eliciting and documenting requirements and workflows, documentation etc. of business objectives, functions and processes.
• Ideal experience will include Options analysis, feasibility analysis, reviewing operational impact etc.
• Able to demonstrate independent working, or with limited direction.
• Strong teamwork skills, supporting the team to make informed decisions and visualize outcomes
• Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps and Visio skills ideal
• Able to work 2 days per week in Brighton
