Are you a skilled Network Engineer with a passion for cutting-edge technology? We are looking to recruit a Network Engineer for a global software company. As a Network Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in implementing and supporting customer solutions within our datacentre infrastructure with a focus on application hosting platforms.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Network professional with experience of modern automation technologies seeking an interesting and challenging role.

This is a home based role with minimal travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support customer solutions using Azure VMware Solution
• Deploy and manage Cisco network hardware including routers, firewalls, and switches.
• Implement and support customer WAN solutions leveraging MPLS technology.
• Attend meetings to present and review solutions, both onsite and at Civica offices.
• Collaborate with Senior Engineers to present concepts and ideas.
• Troubleshoot and problem solve project support issues.
• Write documentation and facilitate continuous improvement.

Essential Competencies:

• Advanced technical knowledge of Azure VMware Solution with preferred experience of VMware NSX-T, Cisco ACI, ASA/Firepower, ISP, and MPLS networks.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Commitment to maintaining skills and certifications.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to provide remote or onsite service during core and non-core hours.
• Ability to obtain Security Clearance (SC or above).

Preferred Skills:

• CCNP or higher certification.
• Experience with network automation (Python, Ansible).
• Familiarity with load-balancer products such as F5, Netscaler, and NSX.
• Knowledge of Cisco Meraki and high-security, high-availability solutions.
• Experience with networking in VMWare, Microsoft, and Linux platforms.
• Design skills for delivering Internet provisioned applications securely.
• Exposure to Public Cloud networking, particularly Azure.
