Role: Service Desk Analyst
Location: Luton (with potential for hybrid working after probation)

Key Skills: Service Desk Support, 1st and 2nd line, MS Office, technical support, investigating technical issues and resolving or escalating

The Role:
- To respond to 1st line and 2nd line tickets, investigate, diagnose and resolve issues, across MS Office suite, various devices, applications, comms equipment
- Escalate issues as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to all Users of the service.
- Contribute ideas to the development of the new purpose built service desk tool
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
Essential:
- 2+ years' experience in service desk role supporting a broad range of users ICT issues.
- Exceptional customer service skills. Able to demonstrate genuine care and empathy to Users experiencing difficulties, (some Users will have limited technical understanding)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to work on a rota between Monday and Friday covering 07.00 - 19.00, (7 hour shifts).
- Eagerness to learn any new technologies.
- Community spirited, eager to help Users.
- Great team player but also capable to work independently when required.
