Oracle Fusion Finance & Payroll LeadContract | £944/day Inside IR35 | Staffordshire / HybridWe're supporting a secure public sector organisation delivering a major Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP transformation and are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance & Payroll Lead to provide functional leadership across the Finance and Payroll workstream.This role will suit a senior Oracle functional specialist who combines strong hands-on configuration expertise with the credibility to lead design decisions, challenge implementation partners and shape delivery within a highly regulated environment. You'll act as the critical bridge between technical consultants and operational business stakeholders to ensure the solution meets organisational, statutory and operational requirements.What you'll be doingLeading the Finance & Payroll functional workstream for an Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementationProviding functional leadership across modules including: General LedgerAccounts Payable / ReceivableFixed AssetsProjectsCash ManagementPayrollIntegrations and financial controlsLeading To-Be design workshops and supporting solution designWorking closely with implementation partners on configuration, integrations and deliverySupporting data migration, reporting, testing and go-live readinessChallenging supplier approach where required to ensure best outcomesDriving an 'Adopt Not Adapt' approach to ERP transformation.What we're looking forProven experience delivering multiple full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance & Payroll implementationsStrong hands-on Oracle Fusion configuration experienceDeep understanding of Finance and Payroll modules , financial controls, workflows and integrationsExperience designing Chart of Accounts, reporting structures and governance controlsStrong understanding of UK statutory finance, payroll, VAT and audit requirementsProven ability to lead functional delivery independently and challenge implementation partners constructivelyExperience in secure government, policing or highly regulated environments desirableCCAB / CIMA / ACCA qualification essentialWhy apply This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in a complex, high-profile ERP transformation where your expertise will directly shape organisational processes and future operating models.£944/day Inside IR35Hybrid working with regular onsite presence in StaffordshireMajor transformation programme with senior stakeholder exposureOpportunity to influence design, delivery and organisational adoptionCandidates must be eligible to undergo enhanced background checksTPBN1_UKTJ
