We are looking to recruit an SC Cleared Microsoft 365 Technical Consultant for a leading technology consultancy on an initial 4 month contract. This is a remote role with occasional travel to London for Team & Customer meetings.

We're looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Technical Consultant to support a SharePoint migration from 2016 to SharePoint Online . The role will focus on ensuring the new environment is designed, configured, and integrated effectively within the wider Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

You'll work closely with the architecture and security teams , providing technical expertise around deployment, configuration, and governance. Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD) and broader Microsoft 365 services is essential.

Technical Expertise

• SharePoint Online: Advanced configuration, administration, and migration experience
• Microsoft Entra ID: B2B integration, conditional access, security group management
• Microsoft 365 Security: Information protection, DLP policies, compliance centre
• PowerShell: SharePoint Online Management Shell, PnP PowerShell
• Understanding Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Microsoft Graph API understanding for advanced integrations

Security & Compliance Knowledge

• Understanding of external collaboration security models

Project Experience

• Led SharePoint Online migration projects from on-premises
• Designed external collaboration portals with strict data isolation
• Worked with custom SharePoint Framework solutions
• Experience coordinating with development teams on technical projects

Additional Desirable Technical Skills

• Microsoft Entra ID Premium features and conditional access
• Experience with SharePoint REST API and modern development practices
