Project Co-Ordinator

Location: Gloucester (hybrid role, 3 days per week onsite)
Rate: £200 per day (outside IR35)
Duration: 12 months
Clearance: Police or Government clearance required (ideally already held)

An experienced Project Co-ordinator is required to support a large-scale Windows 11 roll out across a multi-site, highly regulated public-sector organisation.

You will be working closely with technical teams, deployment engineers and local site leads to ensure a smooth and well-structured roll out. You'll help RAID logs, manage logistics, schedules and communications to keep the project running efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and co-ordinate M365 / Windows 11 roll out activity across a large and diverse estate.
  • Liaise with engineers, IT teams and local stakeholders to ensure minimal disruption.
  • Maintain project trackers, RAID risk logs and deployment schedules.
  • Support hardware and software logistics and ensure accurate project logs.
  • Escalate risks, issues and blockers promptly to the Project Manager.
  • Deliver clear, professional communication and updates to internal teams and end users.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years in similar role, managing RAID logs etc.
  • Proven experience supporting IT deployment or roll out projects (Windows 10/11, M365, hardware refresh, etc.).
  • Excellent organisational and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Confident working in a customer-facing environment.
  • Competent with MS Project, MS Office and project-tracking tools.
  • Full UK driving license for occasional travel to sites
  • Experience within a public-sector or other highly regulated environment desirable.
  • Current police or government security clearance strongly preferred.
