We're looking for a Community Growth Specialist to help grow our professional communities, create engaging content, and build meaningful relationships across the data centre industry.

Working with our Content & Community Manager and wider Marketing & AI team, you'll help grow audiences, strengthen our industry presence, and generate new candidate, client, and industry relationships.

What You'll Do

Community Growth

  • Grow and engage communities including:
  • Andy Davis' Data Centre Club
  • Data Centre Talent Club
  • Inside Data Centre Podcast
  • Build membership through outreach, partnerships, events, referrals, and content
  • Manage community communications and events
  • Develop relationships with candidates, clients, and industry professionals
  • Monitor engagement and growth metrics

Content Creation

  • Write LinkedIn posts, articles, newsletters, and case studies
  • Create content that informs, engages, and grows audiences
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels

Marketing Support

  • Track content and community performance
  • Support campaigns and initiatives
  • Use AI and automation tools to improve efficiency

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent writing skills
  • Strong communication and relationship-building ability
  • Organised and proactive mindset
  • Interest in community building and audience growth
  • Comfortable using AI and digital tools
  • 1–3 years' experience in content, community, or marketing roles

Nice to Have

  • B2B, recruitment, or professional services experience
  • Event or community management experience
  • Marketing automation or analytics knowledge
  • Basic design skills
