£30,000–£34,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission

As we continue to grow across Europe and North America, we're looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team and help drive the next phase of our journey.

What You'll Be Doing

• Taking ownership of a specialist desk within the global data centre market, building on existing client relationships while developing new business opportunities
• Managing the full 360 recruitment process, from business development and client engagement through to offer management and placement
• Building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers across the industry
• Developing your own niche, personal brand and market presence
• Working closely with candidates and clients to deliver consultative recruitment solutions
• Driving performance against clear targets while benefiting from uncapped commission and genuine career progression

What You'll Get
