The Responsibilities

  • To achieve all KPIs and sales targets set out below
  • Ownership of individual strategic sales plans that feed into the overall sales strategy and report back to the Sales Director monthly.
  • Engage in strategic relationships with customers to assure the realisation of the services and to add on additional service revenue.
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and marketing teams to develop the sales pipeline.
  • Responsible for the generation of revenue from new business customers.
  • Annual creation of a written sales plan to meet the business objectives laid out.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with new business accounts, stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Always represent the company with honesty, integrity and in the best interests of the company.
  • Will comply with all Databarracks policies and processes relation to information security and quality management.
  • Will protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of all Databarracks’ own, clients’, staff, and suppliers, information assets.
  • Will strive to enhance customer satisfaction continually.
  • Work with the senior management team, directors and other employees on compliance and certifications as the business may demand and ensure that work is carried out in the business in line with those standards.
