Data Protection Coach

Remote • Full-time

We’re looking for a knowledgeable and engaging Data Protection Coach to support apprentices as they develop their skills in data protection and information governance.

What you’ll do

• Coach apprentices and help them apply learning in the workplace
• Deliver online teaching sessions, workshops and 1:1 support
• Track progress, OTJ hours and compliance using internal systems
• Support portfolio development, Gateway readiness and EPA preparation
• Work closely with employers to set targets and review progress
• Promote safeguarding, Prevent and learner wellbeing

What you’ll need

• Level 6+ qualification in Data Protection, IG or related field
• Level xehkeey 2 English & Maths
• Strong communication and coaching skills

Desirable

• Teaching/coaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
• Membership of IRMS/BCS
• Experience with apprenticeships or assessment
