We're supporting a leading consulting and technology organisation delivering large scale AI, data and digital transformation programmes across Financial Services.

The focus is taking AI beyond experimentation and into production, building scalable solutions that solve real business challenges across banking, fraud, risk, operations and customer experience.

We're hiring across multiple levels, from hands-on AI Engineers through to Senior Managers and technical leadership.

What you'll be doing

• Designing and building production-grade AI applications and intelligent automation solutions

• Developing LLM-powered products, RAG architectures and agent-based workflows

• Building scalable APIs, backend services and AI integration layers

• Working closely with engineering, architecture and business stakeholders

• Supporting deployment, governance, monitoring and operationalisation of AI solutions

Technology Environment

• Python, SQL

• LLMs, GenAI, Prompt Engineering, Fine-Tuning

• RAG, Vector Databases, Embeddings

• LangChain, LangGraph, Agent Frameworks

• FastAPI, APIs, Microservices

• AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks

• CI/CD, MLOps, LLMOps

We're looking for

• Strong software engineering, platform engineering or data engineering foundations

• Experience building and deploying AI-enabled products or services

• Exposure to cloud-native architectures and modern data platforms

• Financial Services, Banking or other regulated industry experience

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Open to candidates from Engineer through to Senior Manager level.
