The Role

A senior, high-impact role across Customer Success, delivery, and enablement.

We’re particularly interested in agency-side profiles, Business Directors, Client Partners, Programme Leads, used to owning senior relationships and ensuring delivery drives outcomes.

You’ll take ownership of how the platform is implemented, adopted, and embedded into enterprise clients. Less account management, more driving real usage and behaviour change.

There’s a genuine greenfield element, shaping how CS and enablement scale.

What you’ll be doing

• Owning enterprise relationships from onboarding through to growth

• Driving implementation and embedding into live workflows

• Leading adoption, usage, and value realisation

• Designing enablement, training, and user engagement

• Translating outputs into actionable business decisions

• Building CS and enablement playbooks

• Partnering with product and engineering

• Identifying expansion through strong delivery

Role Requirements

• Agency, consultancy, or SaaS background

• Experience with data, analytics, martech, or AI solutions

• Commercial mindset, linking delivery to outcomes

• Track record embedding solutions into client environments

• Comfortable in a scaling, hands on environment
