The product is landing well. Now the focus is on embedding it into client environments and driving sustained value.
The Role
A senior technical Customer Success role sitting between client, product, and engineering.
You’ll own delivery from implementation through to adoption, ensuring the platform is embedded into client workflows and decision-making.
Less account management, more enablement, solution design, and driving usage.
What you’ll be doing
• Leading onboarding and implementation into client environments
• Acting as the bridge between client, product, and engineering
• Running workshops, roadshows, and solution sessions to drive adoption
• Translating client needs into clear requirements for technical teams
• Embedding the platform into live workflows with data teams
• Driving usage, value realisation, and expansion
• Building scalable enablement and onboarding approaches
Tech environment
• APIs, data pipelines, and integration workflows, understanding and translating requirements
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, able to engage with data teams without coding
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data stacks (Databricks, Snowflake)
• AI / ML-driven platforms, translating capability into business use cases
Role Requirements
• Background in Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Customer Success
• Experience with data, analytics, or AI platforms
• Strong at translating business needs into technical delivery
• Experience running client workshops or enablement sessions
• Comfortable working across client and engineering stakeholders
