The next phase is focused on implementation, onboarding and embedding the platform into client workflows, helping customers drive genuine adoption and long-term value from their data.
The role
A senior, client facing role sitting between Customer Success, Product and Engineering.
Less traditional account management, more implementation, enablement and driving long term adoption across enterprise clients.
You’ll work closely with customer teams to understand workflows, support rollout programmes and ensure the platform becomes embedded into day-to-day operations and decision making.
The plan
• Leading onboarding and implementation across enterprise customers
• Managing adoption from discovery through to live usage
• Running workshops, enablement sessions and stakeholder meetings
• Translating client requirements into delivery plans for technical teams
• Supporting integration into existing business and data workflows
• Driving engagement, platform usage and measurable customer value
Environment
• AI, analytics and SaaS platform environment
• Modern cloud and first-party data ecosystems
• Working across technical and commercial stakeholders
• Focus on operational adoption, enablement and customer outcomes
Requirements
• Background in Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales or Implementation
• Experience working with AI, analytics, CRM or MarTech platforms
• Strong preference for candidates with MarTech, CRM and customer data platform exposure, ideally within first-party data environments
• Comfortable working between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience running onboarding, adoption or enablement programmes
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
