Datatech Analytics is partnering with a scaling AI and SaaS data platform helping organisations unlock the full value of their data assets.
The platform combines AI and advanced analytics to turn complex data into real commercial insight, driving better decisions, revenue growth and competitive advantage across sectors including financial services, retail, insurance, telecoms and healthcare.
This innovative product is gaining strong traction. Now the focus shifts to what really matters, embedding it into how clients operate day to day.
This is where Customer Success comes in.
The Role
This is a senior, highly visible Customer Success role with a genuine greenfield element.
You won’t be stepping into a fully built CS function. You’ll be helping define it.
Working closely with enterprise clients, product and engineering, you’ll drive adoption, value realisation and long-term growth, while also shaping the frameworks, playbooks and operating model that will scale Customer Success as the business grows.
It’s a role for someone who wants to build, not just run.
The Requirement
- Demonstrable experience managing high touch enterprise customers within a SaaS, AI or data platform environment.
- Someone who combines strong commercial and relationship skills with a hands on, operator mindset.
- Comfortable in ambiguity, able to bring structure, define best practice and build something that lasts.
