Datatech Analytics is partnering with a leading UK technology and consulting organisation delivering secure, production-grade data platforms across defence, national security and critical infrastructure.

This is real engineering work, building systems that directly support mission critical decision making.

We’re looking to connect with DV cleared Data Engineers, alongside Architects who still enjoy getting hands on and leading from the front.

The role

You’ll be designing, building and scaling modern data platforms in highly secure environments, working across the full lifecycle from ingestion through to serving.

This is not theory or governance-heavy, this is delivery, solving complex problems and getting systems into production.

What you’ll be doing

• Building robust, production-grade data pipelines end-to-end

• Engineering scalable platforms across batch and real-time environments

• Working with large-scale structured and unstructured data

• Deploying and optimising cloud-native infrastructure

• Partnering with engineers and delivery teams on complex, high-impact challenges

Tech environment

• Python, SQL

• Spark, Databricks, distributed processing

• AWS, Azure or GCP

• Modern data architectures, lakehouse, streaming, warehouse

Who we’re looking for

• Active DV clearance essential

• Strong hands-on engineers who enjoy building, not just designing

• Proven experience delivering production data platforms

• Architects who stay close to the tech and lead from the front
