This is the team brought in when the UK's biggest banking names need complex transformation done properly, across data, AI, governance, risk and enterprise change.
We're hiring across multiple levels
What you'll actually be doing Leading large-scale Data & AI transformation programmes from the front. Driving delivery across business, technology and operational teams. Steering tricky stakeholder environments right up to senior client leadership. Tackling regulatory remediation and data-driven change where the stakes are real, and turning technical capability into outcomes the board can measure.
In short: modernising the data platforms, governance and AI capabilities that keep these institutions competitive.
The environment you'll be working in Azure · AWS · GCP · Databricks · Snowflake · Power BI · Python · SQL · Agile · Jira · Confluence · SAFe, plus modern Data, AI and Governance platforms.
You'll thrive here if you have
- A track record leading enterprise-scale data, analytics or AI programmes
- Serious programme leadership and stakeholder management chops
- A Banking / regulated Financial Services background (strongly preferred)
- Real exposure to modern data platforms, cloud and AI initiatives
- Consulting instincts and the calm to operate in complex client environments
