A growing AI SaaS data platform company is looking for a Head of Platform Delivery with a hands on operational background delivering SaaS or data platforms at scale. This role is suited to someone who has owned delivery of data or AI platforms end to end, understands how products integrate into client environments, and has built delivery capability from scratch within a scaling business.

Role

• Turning commercial Statements of Work into technical delivery plans aligned to platform architecture
• Leading multiple concurrent platform implementations, not standalone projects
• Building delivery frameworks, tooling and operating models from the ground up
• Working directly with Engineering and Data teams to align delivery with how the platform actually works
• Owning delivery across the full lifecycle, from implementation through to live service
• Making calls on platform vs bespoke build decisions based on scalability and product direction
• Creating a feedback loop between delivery and product to shape the platform roadmap

Experience

• Background delivering SaaS, data or AI platforms, not just managing programmes around them
• Experience building delivery capability in a 0 to 1 or scaling environment
• Strong understanding of data platforms, APIs, integrations or cloud architecture
• Proven experience translating commercial scope into structured, executable delivery
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and making decisions without established processes
• Able to challenge engineering teams and engage credibly with senior clients
• Experience running multiple client implementations in parallel within a product business
