We’re partnering with a scaling AI and analytics platform helping organisations turn complex data into real operational and commercial value.
The product is landing well. The next phase is focused on implementation, onboarding and embedding the platform into client workflows.
The role
A senior, client-facing role sitting between Customer Success, Product and Engineering.
Less traditional account management, more implementation, enablement and driving long-term adoption across enterprise clients.
You’ll work closely with customer teams to understand workflows, support rollout programmes and ensure the platform becomes part of day-to-day operations.
The plan
• Leading onboarding and implementation across enterprise customers
• Managing adoption from discovery through to live usage
• Running workshops, enablement sessions and stakeholder meetings
• Translating client requirements into delivery plans for technical teams
• Supporting integration into existing business and data workflows
• Driving engagement, usage and long-term customer value

Requirements
• Background in Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales or Implementation
• Experience with AI, analytics or SaaS platforms
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Comfortable working between technical and non-technical teams
• Experience running onboarding or enablement programmes
