Technical Project Manager

Technical Project Manager | Financial Services | London on site 5x a week

We’re working with a fast-growing financial services SME that is investing heavily in its R&D and technology capability. They’re looking for a Technical Project Manager (5+ years’ experience) to lead complex technical projects and work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-impact initiatives.

This is a high-visibility role where you’ll help shape delivery processes and contribute to the company’s technical direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple technical projects from planning through to delivery
• Work closely with engineering teams and business stakeholders
• Develop project roadmaps aligned with business objectives
• Manage priorities, risks, and resource allocation
• Drive improvements across delivery processes and tools

Key Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in Technical Project Management
• Previous background in software development or engineering
• Strong understanding of software systems and infrastructure
• Experience working with development teams and stakeholders
• Degree in a technical or engineering discipline
• Database knowledge (SQL Server, Oracle, or similar)

Desirable: Git, PlasticSCM, Hg, YouTrack
