HIRING: HR Specialist with M&A Integration Experience
Davies are delighted to be assisting a leading UK based specialist tech consultancy with a key hire to assist them on an exciting acquisitions trail.

Do you have hands-on M&A due-diligence and integration experience?
Comfortable operating in high change environments?
Confident partnering with senior leaders to deliver complex work?
This role might be exactly what you’re looking for:
· 6 month FTC (potential for extension)
· £45–£50k salary guide
· Start date: March 2026 desirable (sooner would be fine too)
· Properly flexible hybrid working arrangement
· Location: Edinburgh or Glasgow preferred (strong London candidates also considered)
What you’ll bring:
· Solid HR generalist background
· Proven, practical M&A due diligence and integration experience
· Strong ER, HR Ops, consultations and employment law capability
· Experience working within structured project environments
· Confidence engaging senior stakeholders through periods of change
