Head of Data & Management Information (6 month contract)
Head of Data & Management Information A major financial services organisation is seeking an exceptional Head of Data & Management Information to lead enterprise data, regulatory reporting and management insight across the business. This is a high-profile leadership role with direct exposure to the COO, Executive team and Board. This is an opportunity to shape the future data strategy of a growing regulated business while maintaining excellence across reporting, governance and controls. You'll combine strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, driving transformation programmes that improve decision-making, operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. What we're looking for:
- Proven leadership experience within banking, fintech or regulated financial services
- Strong ownership of regulatory reporting frameworks and governance processes
- Deep understanding of PRA and FCA reporting requirements
- Track record delivering enterprise data, MI or reporting transformation programmes
- Experience developing Board and Executive-level management information
- Strong background in data governance, data quality and control environments
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change across the organisation
- 6-month initial contract
- Hybrid working with offices in Hertfordshire
- Immediate or short-notice start preferred
