Talent Acquisition Director - remote

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Director for a repaidly growing international marketing agency.In this role, you will oversee global recruitment strategies, focusing on sourcing senior and executive talent across multiple regions.Your responsibilities include developing talent pipelines, enhancing employer branding, and leading initiatives to reduce reliance on external agencies.You will manage digital HR solutions, act as Product Owner for ATS and AI-driven platforms, and deliver innovative talent acquisition projects.The ideal candidate will have extensive senior recruitment experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and familiarity with ATS systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or Greenhouse.Experience in transforming recruitment processes, implementing Agile or Prince II methodologies, and working across multiple sectors is preferred.This role offers a unique opportunity to impact organizational growth and talent strategy at a global level.Please note, this is a fully remote role and will begin on an initial 3 - 6 month FTC basis.
