React Native Developer

Daysix is looking for a mid-level Frontend Developer with proven React Native experience to join our healthcare-focused platform development team.

About you and the role

You'll be working on a variety of projects, hands-on across the full project lifecycle—from design and implementation to release and support. You'll turn ideas into solutions, working alongside designers and other developers.

The technical stuff

Essential:

  • 2+ Years of commercial experience building native apps
  • App Store & Google Play release management (signing and keystores)
  • Experience with Xcode + Android Studio
  • Experience upgrading react native
  • End to End testing mobile apps (detox, maestro or similar)
  • Mobile CI/CD, EAS Build, CodeMagic or similar
  • Experience profiling and optimising native apps
  • An up to date understanding of the react native ecosystem
  • Experience with State management solutions (eg. redux, zustand, mobx)
  • Experience with RN Navigation libraries (eg. react-navigation, react-native-navigation, expo-router)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Kotlin and/or Swift
  • Open Source contributions
  • Experience working in Health Tech
  • Experience working with the FHIR data spec
