I’m hiring for a fast-growing stablecoin/DeFi protocol entering a real expansion phase—multiple new products, stronger GTM, and a clear long-term vision.

They need someone who can own the narrative across X and Discord — not just post content, but actually shape how the ecosystem understands the project.

If you live on CT, understand DeFi, and write clearly, this will be one of the most influential roles you’ll find.

What you’ll do

X: Run two accounts (main + alt), write threads, explainers and react to market narratives.

Discord: Keep the community aligned, informed and calm.

Clarity: Turn complex ideas into simple, accurate content.

GTM: Align messaging with product and leadership.

What you need

• Strong DeFi + stablecoin understanding
• Native/near-native English
• Experience running X + Discord in Web3
• Clear writing, sharp judgment, steady under pressure
• Ownership mindset
