Business Development Associate
Location: London (hybrid – 1 day in our Mayfair boardroom, the rest wherever you work best)

Why This Role ExistsWe’ve reached an important revenue milestone and are now investing in scalable growth. As a BDA, you’ll take full ownership of the top of the funnel: how we identify the right firms, start high-quality conversations and turn interest into opportunities. This is not your typical entry-level prospecting role. It is a busy, dynamic and strategic position perfect for someone who wants to build an outbound engine from scratch. You’ll work directly with our Chief Commercial Officer and play a critical role in shaping how we go to market.
What You’ll Do- Own our outbound prospecting strategy and process, generating a steady pipeline of well-qualified opportunities through thoughtful, creative multi-channel engagement.
- Take responsibility for how DealsPlus shows up to the market at the earliest stage of the buyer journey taking a hyper-personalised approach and ensuring all outreach is relevant and compelling.
- Write the prospecting playbook future DealsPlus BDRs will follow by experimenting, testing, refining then scaling what works.
- Assist in the broader sales process including scheduling meetings, making notes on calls, sending follow-up emails and nurturing relationships with prospective customers where the timing isn't yet right.
- Take full responsibility for marketing, organising and elevating small group events including our quarterly product council and supper clubs.
- Represent DealsPlus at industry events and conferences.
- Create and improve sales collateral and marketing assets.

Experience in B2B SaaS, early-stage start-ups, or exposure to private equity, financial services, or complex B2B selling is a plus - but mindset and drive matter most.
