The Role
We're looking for a Head of Growth with the hunger and conviction to take a proven business from market leader to global category owner.
You'll own the strategy and execution to scale Decant Index worldwide - building the world's marketplace for fine wine & spirits. Think StockX for collectors, Chrono24 for bottles, Fanatics for culture.
You'll lead a cross-functional growth team - performance, content, data, partnerships, and community - with the freedom (and budget) to test, break, rebuild, and accelerate. You'll sit at the intersection of brand, performance, and culture, turning a 7-figure marketing budget into a global growth machine.
This isn't a job for marketers who want to "optimise funnels."
It's for someone who wants to build an empire.
What You'll Do
- Own global growth strategy - across paid, organic and data-led acquisition
- Build and lead a growth team spanning brand, paid media, and analytics
- Expand internationally, driving acquisition in the US, Asia, and EMEA
- Collaborate with leadership on revenue targets, unit economics, and investor narratives
- Bring cultural relevance to collecting - turning fine wine and spirits back into the world's most aspirational asset class
- Experiment relentlessly - test, fail, learn, scale
- Turn a mid-7-figure budget into exponential global expansion
- Champion user experience and retention, from first impression to lifetime value
Who You Are
- A proven growth leader with a track record of scaling digital businesses to tens (or hundreds) of millions in revenue
- Fluent across performance, brand, and product-led growth
- Strategic and hands-on - able to design the playbook and execute it
- Obsessed with data, creativity, and cultural relevance in equal measure
- Experienced in marketplaces, fintech, luxury, or high-growth consumer tech
- Entrepreneurial mindset - thrives on ownership, speed, and experimentation
- Excited by the idea of turning fine wine & spirits into the next major collectible asset class
