© Microsoft Certified Professional qualification or equivalent experience of managing all currently
supported Microsoft server operating systems and databases that serve hundreds of users
© Practical experience of successfully performing with a broad range of technologies.

• Extensive experience of working in a senior technical team in a complex organisation with an IT
estate comprising of a significant number on premise and cloud servers. Knowledge and experience
of installing, and supporting server operating systems and hardware including VMWare ESXi in multisite enterprise live environments
• Comprehensive experience of managing live Microsoft Azure, networks, storage, security, backups,
system troubleshooting and their lifecycle management
• ITIL V3/V4 qualification with the experience of working in an ITIL focused environment
• AZ-104, desirable: Microsoft Certified System Administrator and Microsoft Azure
Administrator qualification or equivalent

suppliers to form effective matrix teams which the Systems Engineer leads
• Strong organisation and management skills to co-ordinate support analysis

• Practical experience of virtualisation, servers, storage, databases, IP telephony and end user devices

Compliance, Endpoint Manager, Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint & Teams
• Extensive experience of installing and configuring Azure based systems, backup architectures and
disaster recovery procedures
