Role

Own and scale a high-trust broker ecosystem that drives acquisition, referrals, and retention. This is a commercial, systems-building role: turning relationships into measurable pipeline, advocacy, and market proof. You’ll define the model, run the programmes, and embed the data.

What You’ll Do

  • Set the broker community strategy and tiered engagement model
  • Build a repeatable advocacy engine (testimonials, referrals, case studies)
  • Run high-value partner forums and recognition programmes
  • Translate partner insight into structured commercial proof
  • Implement CRM-based engagement scoring and attribution
  • Track community-influenced pipeline and health metrics
  • Create scalable playbooks, workflows, and lifecycle moments
