Role
Own and scale a high-trust broker ecosystem that drives acquisition, referrals, and retention. This is a commercial, systems-building role: turning relationships into measurable pipeline, advocacy, and market proof. You’ll define the model, run the programmes, and embed the data.
What You’ll Do
- Set the broker community strategy and tiered engagement model
- Build a repeatable advocacy engine (testimonials, referrals, case studies)
- Run high-value partner forums and recognition programmes
- Translate partner insight into structured commercial proof
- Implement CRM-based engagement scoring and attribution
- Track community-influenced pipeline and health metrics
- Create scalable playbooks, workflows, and lifecycle moments
