Lead Software Engineer

What You'll Do:

• Lead 7–10 graduate AI engineers, coaching, reviewing code, and shaping careers.
• Set engineering standards and a culture of quality.
• Build production-ready AI workflow automations with Langflow, Python, and API integrations.
• Partner with our AI platform team for ML expertise and deliver systems that actually work in production.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years managing technical teams, balancing support with high standards.
• Strong Python and software engineering skills (5+ years), with experience in AI integrations and workflow automation.
• Experience shipping production systems, managing async/distributed workflows, and mentoring junior engineers.
• Excellent communication—technical clarity for engineers and stakeholders alike.

Nice-to-Haves:

NLP/AI/ML projects, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, vector DBs, observability platforms, or TypeScript integrations.
