Senior Machine Learning Engineer (Generative Video / GenAI)

We’re partnered with a leading GenAI company redefining VFX, digital humans, and AI-driven content creation, now scaling their video generation and multimodal AI capabilities.

They’re hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to build state-of-the-art generative video systems, working across everything from diffusion models to neural rendering.

What you’ll do

• Design, train, and deploy cutting-edge generative video models
• Work across diffusion, transformers, GANs, autoencoders, and NeRF-based systems
• Build scalable ML pipelines for video synthesis, performance transfer, and visual translation
• Partner with research, product, and creative teams to take models from research → production
• Optimise models for real-world deployment (latency, scale, efficiency)

What they’re looking for

• 5+ years in Machine Learning / Software Engineering
• Strong experience deploying ML systems into production
• Deep expertise in PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Hands-on experience with generative video models i.e. Diffusion models, Transformers (video / multimodal), GANs / VAEs / Autoencoders, Neural rendering (e.g. NeRFs)

Nice to have

• Experience in VFX, graphics, or real-time rendering pipelines
• Work on multimodal or video/audio generative systems
• Performance optimisation (training + inference)
• Research background or open-source contributions
