Are you an experienced technology strategist and enterprise architect ready to shape the future digital landscape of a global financial institution? Our client, a prestigious international bank, is seeking a Head of Strategy & Architecture to lead the transformation and long-term technology vision for its technology / IT function.

As Head of Strategy & Architecture, you will develop and drive a clear strategic direction and technical roadmap across infrastructure, service management, and digital engineering services. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives across EMEA and International Securities to deliver a modern, digital, and agile technology architecture aligned with business goals.

• Define and lead the IT strategy, vision, and multi-year technology roadmap.

• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, business goals, and regulatory requirements.

• Partner with tech leaders to shape roadmaps across Infrastructure, Service Management, Cloud, and Digital Workplace solutions.

• Influence senior leadership and guide technology decision-making at board and executive levels.

• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and adoption of emerging technologies.

• Lead and mentor a team of strategy and architecture leads, fostering technical excellence and collaboration.

• Monitor progress through clear KPIs and strategic performance measures.

• 10+ years in senior technology strategy, IT architecture, or transformation roles within global organisations.

• Deep experience across Infrastructure, Operations, and Architecture within Financial Services.

• Proven success in designing and delivering long-term digital transformation strategies.

• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder-management skills, including C-suite engagement.

• In-depth knowledge of Cloud, Platforms, Networks, Service Management, and emerging technologies such as AI and GenAI.

• Certifications such as TOGAF, ITIL 4 Strategic Leader, SAFe, or cloud provider certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) are highly desirable.
