Remedy Consultant Location: Bristol, Birmingham or Manchester (Hybrid with 2 days in office per week) Salary: 46k per annum + benefitsMust be SC Clearance Eligible and Sole UK NationalDeerfoot Recruitment is working on behalf of a leading global consultancy to source a talented Remedy Consultant. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic technology team where you will design, develop, and maintain applications within the BMC Remedy ITSM suite.The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, configuring and customising ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management. You will also play a key role in troubleshooting, optimising performance, and integrating Remedy with other enterprise applications.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and customise BMC Remedy applications (workflows, forms, active links, filters)Configure and maintain ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset ManagementTroubleshoot and resolve Remedy environment issuesOptimise application performance and ensure scalabilityCreate and maintain technical documentation (design specifications, user guides)Collaborate with wider technology teams to integrate Remedy with enterprise systemsDeliver ongoing support, enhancements, and upgrades to Remedy platformsKey Skills/Experience Required:Strong background in developing and customising BMC Remedy ITSM applicationsFamiliarity with ITIL framework and best practiceExperience with workflows, integrations, and programming (e.g. JavaScript)Knowledge of cloud-based Remedy deploymentsBMC Remedy ITSM Certification desirableKeywords & Beneficial Experience:BMC Remedy, ITIL, JavaScript, Remedy Consultant, BMC Remedy ITSM Certification
