Role Purpose
CoRe Knowledge Services (KS) enables Deloitte’s professionals to leverage the full breadth of Deloitte’s global capabilities in service to our clients. KS professionals connect people to knowledge, focusing on essential knowledge management activities such as managing intellectual property, curating project experiences and internal expertise, and enabling professionals to leverage third-party research.
This is a Manager-level Learning and Awareness Contractor role, commencing in April 2026. It is a hybrid position within the CoRe KS Practitioner Engagement team, responsible for supporting internal projects that raise awareness and educate Deloitte practitioners on how to leverage CoRe KS products and services effectively for client work.
Working with global colleagues, key activities include developing, delivering, and customising KS communications and learning content for various internal audiences. This involves supporting the development and distribution of internal promotional campaign materials, delivering events such as live webinars, creating learning videos, maintaining existing learning content, and monitoring the impact of these activities. This role requires a self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced virtual environment. The role reports to the Manager, KS Learning Integration.

Responsibilities
- Support the development of email communications, promotional assets (including campaign packs), and associated learning materials.
- Update and maintain existing Knowledge Exchange (KX) learning content in various formats to meet diverse audience learning needs.
- Collaborate with member firm, business, and industry stakeholders to customise learning and promotional content for specific audiences across different levels, businesses, industries, and client accounts.
- Support the delivery of live, online events such as KX learning webinars, including serving as a speaker, scriptwriting, deck creation, and developing supporting materials.
- Collaborate virtually with team members across time zones to co-develop influential and effective awareness and learning assets.
- Support the maintenance of the Learning Maturity Model, working with stakeholders to regularly track geography progress and reorganise existing content for ease of local integration.
- Track and report available metrics to understand the effectiveness of awareness and learning initiatives, suggesting adjustments to plans and tactics based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with offshore colleagues and internal service providers, managing project delivery as required.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; relevant areas of study may include corporate learning, education, business, communications, marketing, or related fields.
Years of Experience: Candidate must have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience; experience in an internal learning role within a global professional services organisation is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including mastery-level skills in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
- Experience in developing and executing internal communications campaigns for a distributed professional services audience.
- eLearning course authoring/updating skills are an advantage (e.g., Articulate, preferably Storyline; Brainshark and Captivate preferred).
- Training video scriptwriting/authoring skills preferred.
- Experience with survey development using Qualtrics preferred.
- Experience with electronic knowledge management, repository management, intranets/portals, collaborative, and social media tools; SharePoint experience is a plus.
- Provision of writing samples required.
