Delivering a multi-year strategic transformation to provide a class-leading, multi-asset financing platform. The Global One End of Life (EoL) workstream within Prime Finance’s Securities Lending function (SBL) focuses on the safe decommissioning of the Global One platform and the rationalization of associated vendor spend while migrating clients, balances, controls, and processes onto strategic platforms. This Project Manager role leads business transformation delivery for the EoL Vendor Cost workstream, partnering closely with Product Owners, Technology, Operations, Procurement and Finance to achieve defined business outcomes across Prime and adjacent platforms.

The Role will involve: -

Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Global One End of Life (EoL) — Vendor Cost workstream in SBL over a three-year horizon, ensuring the safe retirement of legacy services, orderly vendor offboarding, and efficient cost outcomes, while enabling seamless migration to strategic platforms. Define and deliver business outcomes aligned to the strategy, Values & Behaviors, operational resilience, customer experience, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the EoL Vendor Cost workstream roadmap with clear OKRs, baselined plans, and outcome-based delivery across Securities Lending.
  • Prioritise the book of work (BOW) using data-driven insights; maintain transparent milestone, resource, and budget tracking in core bank systems.
  • Run agile ceremonies (where appropriate) and drive delivery cadence across global teams; remove blockers and enable swift decision-making.
  • Partner with Technology to ensure on-plan, on-budget delivery; validate non-functional requirements (performance, resilience, security).
  • Coordinate vendor cost analytics, commercial options, contracts, offboarding and exit plans in partnership with Procurement, Vendor Management and Finance.
  • Lead change management and adoption: readiness assessment, communications, training, and client migration plans with minimal disruption.
  • Establish robust governance: RAID management, dependency mapping, and executive reporting; escalate early with clear options and impacts.
  • Ensure comprehensive risk & control coverage: operational risk, conduct risk, data privacy, regulatory obligations, and model/process validation.
  • Coordinate front-to-back stakeholders (Product, Sales, Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Regulatory Change) to shape solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement and process re-engineering to optimise efficiency, control, and client outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate delivery artefacts and evidence for assurance and audit; ensure traceability from requirements to outcomes.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues; maintain a live RAID log with clear owners and due dates.

Safeguard client outcomes during migration; validate controls and contingency plans for cutover and vendor exit events.

  • Head of Business Transformation; Senior Business Heads; Senior COO; Product Owners.
  • Front-to-back partners across Finance, Risk, Operations, Technology, Compliance, Legal, and Regulatory Change.
  • Procurement / Vendor Management and Cost Governance forums.
  • Global stakeholders across regions and entities involved in the Global One EoL program.

Experience Required

  • Proven record leading complex, multi-year transformation and platform decommissioning/migration programs.
  • Strong familiarity with Prime Finance and Securities Lending operating models; understanding of equity financing and related product sets.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with Technology to deliver change at scale, strong non-functional awareness.
  • Experience coordinating globally dispersed teams and stakeholders in a large matrix organisation.
  • Portfolio and program management expertise, with outcome-based delivery and benefits tracking (including vendor cost benefits).
  • Proven Project/Program Management Leadership in Complex Transformations
  • A deep understanding of Prime Finance and Securities Lending operating models, including equity financing and related product sets
  • Ability to partner and coordinate effectively with a wide array of stakeholders (Technology, Operations, Procurement, Finance, Product Owners, global teams, etc.) in a large, matrix organisation is paramount for success.
  • Experience with Risk Management, Governance & Control
  • Experience coordinating vendor cost analytics, commercial options, contracts, and delivering verified vendor cost savings.
  • Any experience on Global One would be desirable

Qualifications (Preferred)

  • Accreditation in program/project delivery (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/SAFe).
  • Training/certification in risk & controls, operational resilience, commercial/vendor management, or change management is advantageous.
