Full Stack Engineer

About the Company

A high-growth European AI company building next-generation enterprise software at the intersection of automation, data, and intelligent decision-making.

Their platform is focused on transforming how large organisations operate by combining AI, predictive analytics, and autonomous systems to remove friction from complex business processes.

With enterprise adoption accelerating and a strong product roadmap, they are now launching a new product line from scratch, creating an opportunity to join early and shape both the product and engineering culture.

The Role

The role offers real ownership, fast iteration cycles, and direct product impact — ideal for engineers who want to move quickly, learn fast, and build meaningful systems in a startup environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and ship a new product from the ground up as part of a focused team
  • Develop across the stack using modern technologies (frontend + backend)
  • Deliver user-facing features in short iteration cycles
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and leadership
  • Contribute to scalable architecture and clean code practices
  • Gain exposure to:
  • DevOps and CI/CD
  • Performance optimisation
  • AI-driven features and tooling
  • Enterprise-grade system design

What They’re Looking For

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Solid grounding in JavaScript / TypeScript
  • Experience with React and/or Node.js
  • Strong fundamentals: data structures, system design, clean code
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Proactive mindset with a bias toward building and learning
  • Actively leveraging AI tools in day-to-day development
  • Available to start April–May 2026

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Python, PostgreSQL, GraphQL
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.)
  • Side projects, open-source contributions, or entrepreneurial experience
  • Interest in automation, enterprise software, or AI-driven products

What’s on Offer

  • Competitive salary + benefits
  • 30 days holiday
  • Regular team offsites across Europe
  • High-ownership, low-bureaucracy environment
  • Opportunity to build a product from 0 → 1
  • Culture centred around:
  • Ownership and execution
  • Humility and collaboration
  • Creative problem-solving
  • Continuous growth

Interview Process

  • 20-minute introductory call
  • 1-day in-person hackathon (London, Berlin, or Hamburg) working on a real product challenge
