We pride ourselves in building transformational partnerships that solve key communication and business challenges for our clients.The Global Partnerships team is responsible for maximizing the value of dentsu's media partnerships with the major global technology partners (including Meta, Microsoft, Amazon, Spotify, and Snap). The mission of the Partnerships Team is to leverage dentsu clients' media investment to build transformational products, solutions, and capabilities to maximise growth for all. This includes initiatives from training, data and insights, early access to new product developments, and co-creation of new products and solutions for our clients. Role purpose The Global Partnerships, Solutions Enablement Director is a pivotal global leadership role responsible for driving transformational growth across dentsu's most strategic clients by connecting the Global Partnerships ecosystem to client needs, innovation, and commercial opportunity.This role acts as the bridge between dentsu's global partnerships, strategic programmes, and products and its top global and accelerator clients, ensuring the portfolio of partner-powered innovations translates into measurable business impact.As the partnership team's most senior client advocate, the Global Partnerships, Solutions Enablement Director will be both strategic advisor and partnership architect - advancing dentsu's positioning as the market leader in partner-fuelled, outcome-driven, and client-centric transformation. Key Responsibilities Translate client and partnership growth vision into strategy Objectives: Serve as the primary partnership executive sponsor for global clients, championing the adoption of partner-powered products, services, and programs across dentsu's network. Build long-term strategic relationships with Client Presidents, Global Client Leads, and Integrated Client Leaders, ensuring partner solutions are tailored to each client's business priorities. Lead the design and execution of client partnership roadmaps that align with growth ambitions, accelerate digital maturity, and unlock new economies (e.g. Commerce, Cloud, Sustainability, Health, Finance, Gaming). Support inbound new business and global pitch activity, providing partnership and solutions expertise, POVs, and thought leadership materials. Foster collaboration across clients, partners and practices. Collaborate with dentsu's Product, Technology, and Global Partnership teams to shape and scale innovative partnership models that leverage applied AI, cloud, and data-driven media. Lead the co-creation of new IP, tools, and commercial frameworks (e.g. SPI programmes, Applied AI products, outcome-based models) that deliver measurable client and partner value. Champion dentsu's leadership in the Algorithmic Era, integrating partner IP (Tobiras, Pipes, Mugen AI, Artemis, etc.) into modern planning and activation. Oversee the ongoing development of the Client Solutions Platform-a central hub enabling client teams to easily discover, navigate, and adopt partnership offerings. Accelerate commercial and strategic value for mutual growth Unlock and expand partner investment within existing Joint Business Plans (JBPs), driving incremental funding and measurable mutual benefit. Contribute to dentsu's global commercial and revenue objectives by identifying new partnership monetisation opportunities. Develop and maintain consistent measurement frameworks and value reporting, clearly demonstrating the business impact of partnership solutions. Align with regional partnership leads to ensure governance, certifications, and commercial agreements are consistent and future-fit. Drive thought leadership and next-generation solutions Contribute to dentsu's innovation pipeline with client challenges/demands to ensure the creation of client focused data, AI, and technology-led products and solutions. Identify opportunities for collaboration between dentsu and global technology partners to pioneer new approaches to client transformation. Represent dentsu at industry events and forums (e.g. Creator Day, Algo Planning Day, Cannes, CES), positioning the business as a leader in next-generation media partnerships. Build capability and collaboration across teams Promote knowledge sharing and upskilling across dentsu's network to increase fluency in partner solutions and innovation frameworks. Create and champion best-practice case studies showcasing successful client transformation through partnerships. Maintain strong feedback loops between client, partner, and internal stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement and capability building. Qualifications + Skills Extensive experience in global client leadership, partnerships, or media/technology transformation. Strong understanding of media, ad-tech, and platform ecosystems, with experience in digital maturity frameworks and data-driven marketing. Proven track record in driving client growth through innovation, partnerships, and commercial transformation. Deep commercial acumen and experience managing global deal structures, JBP frameworks, and partnership reporting. Ability to translate insights and data into strategic recommendations and value narratives and adept at influencing C-suite stakeholders. Proven experience of identifying and activating new revenue streams and scalable growth models. Experienced in cross-functional global leadership, uniting diverse teams and perspectives behind a single vision. Creative and forward-looking, with deep curiosity for emerging technologies and the intersection of AI, commerce, and culture.
