We went from zero to 300+ live branches in under four months. No VC. No paid ads. Two products, real revenue. Now we need a founding engineer who can build the technical infrastructure to match the traction.

The Company

Deploy IQ builds AI-native platforms for the property industry.

Yield - conversational AI for estate agencies. Live across 300+ branches, integrated with every major CRM, generating structured property data with every conversation. Growing fast.

Harold - AI deal platform for land promoters, housebuilders, developers, capital markets teams, and property investment firms. Early access, pilot clients onboarding now.

The Team

Sam Sykes (Co-Founder & CFO) - grew up in the teams who built the UK property data industry. Building property data products since 14. Tens of millions in property deals completed by 25.

Tom Heath (Co-Founder & CEO) - led global sales for a $20M-funded wearable AI startup, selling to Red Bull, Mizuno, and MLB. Grew up in a family of developers, saw firsthand where property deals move and where they break.

Advisors - huge names who have already built, ran, and sold nine-figure companies in property and PropTech.

We're both 25. You will not find a stronger founding team at this age, at this stage, building what we're building. If you want to be part of something early enough to shape it - keep reading.

The Role

This is not a "manage a team of 15" role. This is build from zero to one to scale.

What you'll do:

• Architect and ship core AI systems (LLMs, agents, automation workflows, data pipelines)
• Build and iterate on product prototypes in days, not months
• Own the engineering roadmap from MVP through to scale
• Design the data infrastructure that turns every conversation into structured, queryable intelligence
• Hire and lead the engineering team as we grow
• Work directly with founders on product direction and technical strategy

Who you are:

• 5-7+ years engineering experience with deep AI/ML expertise
• You've built and shipped products yourself, not just contributed to someone else's
• You have a portfolio: GitHub, side projects, experiments, things with real users
• You're a builder first, manager second
• You move fast, make decisions, and care about things actually working in production

Bonus:

• Experience with LLMs, agent systems, or applied AI in production
• You've built tools or products used by thousands
• Active in AI communities - GitHub, Twitter/X, open source
• You think like a founder, not an employee

Why This Role Is Different

We're not looking for someone who just "has AI experience."

We're looking for someone like Peter Steinberger - a prolific builder who has shipped multiple products independently and understands how to turn ideas into real, usable systems. If your GitHub is empty and your best story is about a feature you shipped inside a big team, this isn't the role.
