Digital Systems Lead

This opportunity, which is available on a fixed-term basis, sits within a fast-growing Managed Services Provider (MSP) delivering proactive IT support, digital transformation, and strategic technology solutions to construction, engineering, and project-based organisations.

The Role

The Digital Systems Lead will be responsible for the strategic management, integration, and optimisation of digital systems supporting live construction projects. The role focuses on improving workflows, data accuracy, compliance, and visibility across project and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise Procore, Power BI, Evision, and 1Breadcrumb

  • Lead system implementations and integrations aligned to construction workflows

  • Digitise processes and automate reporting across site and office teams

  • Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, and best-practice compliance

  • Deliver system support and structured user training

  • Analyse system performance and drive continuous improvement

  • Manage user access, permissions, and role-based security

  • Liaise with external software vendors and manage licensing

  • Produce Power BI dashboards and reports to support decision-making

About You

  • Experience managing digital systems within construction or project-based environments, with a focus on their roll-out and integration

  • Strong knowledge of platforms such as Procore, Power BI, Evision, or 1Breadcrumb

  • Understanding of construction project lifecycles and compliance

  • Confident supporting and training site-based and office users

  • Strong communicator with a proactive, improvement-focused mindset

Note - the role is based with the client construction company in London three days a week, with the remaining two days working remotely (or, occasionally, from the MSP's head office in Kent). Initial fixed-term contract duration is 12 months, with renewal likely.
