I’m currently supporting a growing fintech business on a senior engineering leadership hire based in London.

This is a high-impact role with a clear pathway into a Deputy CTO position over the next couple of years.

Essentials:

✅ Strong hands-on Java background (50/50)

✅ Capital Markets / trading systems experience

✅ Cloud, DevOps & CI/CD environments

✅ Experience leading small engineering teams for 4–5+ years

✅ Experience managing offshore/distributed teams

The role offers genuine influence across architecture, engineering delivery and long-term technology strategy.

📍 Hybrid | 3 days onsite in the City of London
